At Teachable, I was lead designer on multidisciplinary teams for projects that achieved high impact in complex cross-platform design experiences. In Case study 1, I lead design on zero-to-one work to enhance platform functionality with third-party tooling. Case study 2 is a project where my team tackled a high traffic and complex platform experience in order to address customer frustrations and move the company forward. Case study 3 is a x-team collaboration based on usability testing, where my team was able to make the case for precise high impact changes within checkout. Case study 4 is showcases my ability to identify a long-standing issue, build the case for prioritization, and deliver a successful solution that met both user needs and business goals.
